We here in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex were on track to break a record: the highest number of consecutive days at or over 100°. That is, until yesterday, when a freak low pressure front popped in, dropped the temperature for a couple of hours, then vanished without a trace.
It still almost made it to 100° — close, but no cigar. For a while there, it was even pleasant outside, shady and 85°. It was a welcome break. And, of course, it got me thinking.
It made me examine my own routines, and see if there was anything I could do to shake them up. I’ve got some ideas, which I’ll share in future updates… but take a look at your own routines. Are they working for you? Making you happy?
Have a great weekend, folks!
